Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# CAOA64L9HA and has been
addressed in Notes 6.0.5/6.5.4. You can work around this issue by
right-clicking over a blank area of the Workspace and un-checking "Stack
Replica Icons."
